This was the first time we had used video in one of our campaigns and we needed a production company to guide us through the process. Eclipse took on the brief and made the whole project an effortless exercise and everyone involved is pleased and impressed with the end results.
I first worked with Eclipse whilst developing a training package for AGA. I needed a company who had experience in this field and would work with myself and my team to translate our “vision” and turn it into reality. The team at Eclipse came along to our first brainstorming session and contributed with ideas and helped us realise the practicalities of the project. When we had a plan Eclipse worked tirelessly with my team to ensure that we got first class results. The director, Dave Bowring, was patient throughout rehearsels and the actual filming, he managed a number of our sales advisors who had never been filmed or done any acting and turned them into convincing actors. Eclipse produced a first class training DVD that is still used, and then 2 years later we followed this up with a further DVD. Both are still used throughout the business. Eclipse also produced and managed all of the AGA retail conferences which are an annual event. I have no doubt that without the Eclipse team we would not have pulled off such professional events.
